Useful work. Independent thinking.

Parabrahman Technologies Limited brings together engineering design and digital development. We undertake client projects and pursue our own ideas, guided by technical discipline, curiosity across disciplines and respect for the natural world.

Work on problems worth understanding.

Parabrahman was founded to apply engineering skills to paid projects and develop original products from problems we encounter directly. Website delivery provides an initial commercial base alongside CAD, simulation and numerical-analysis work.

The company is organised around problems rather than a single technology. A business enquiry may require a digital service; a thermal process may require coupled physical models; a repetitive manual task may call for a mechanism, sensors and control software.

Income from client delivery supports research with a longer development horizon. Induction-heating prediction is the first priority, with Orb and broader computational methods forming additional directions.

What the work must stand for.

Environmental responsibility

Examine energy demand, material use, maintenance and service life alongside the required function. Ask whether the need can be reduced through design before adding equipment. Environmental consequences influence both the projects we accept and the options we investigate.

Quality with ownership

Define acceptance criteria, review the work against them and record issues that remain open. Take responsibility for resolving defects within the agreed scope, and revisit a decision when testing or user feedback demonstrates a better approach.

Tangible curiosity

Turn a question into something that can be examined: a calculation, CAD model, experiment, prototype or working interface. Transfer ideas between sectors, then test whether they address the new problem under its own conditions.

Respectful challenge

Explain the assumptions behind a proposal and invite others to question them. Resolve technical disagreements through reasoning, evidence and practical checks, while giving every contributor the same personal respect regardless of role.

Learning through the work

Use project reviews to identify the skills, tools and support a task requires. Share useful methods and record lessons from unsuccessful attempts. When a task is a poor fit, provide training or find a more suitable contribution.

Evidence behind every claim

State the method, inputs and conditions behind a result. Separate measured behaviour from simulation and design intent; report error and uncertainty where they affect a decision. A prediction supports only the uses for which it has been evaluated.

Understand the conditions. Reconsider the solution.

For a cooling problem, first examine solar heat gain, ventilation, insulation and the building’s thermal response. These conditions determine the load that equipment must meet. The design question includes whether that load can be reduced before more machinery is added.

Compare options through their function, energy demand, material use and maintenance requirements. A method transferred from another sector earns its place through testing against the new application’s conditions and constraints.

Where we are taking that approach

Build the skills.
Respect the person.

We want a team able to carry a question from an initial idea to a model, prototype or working service. People contribute through technical work, documentation, testing and the willingness to learn skills a project needs.

Design reviews should make the reasoning visible: what was tried, what the evidence shows and what remains unresolved. Challenge the proposal respectfully, support colleagues who need training and turn project setbacks into specific changes in the next attempt.
