Anti-slavery statement

Innovation should respect the dignity, freedom and wellbeing of the people behind it.

Draft for review · 21 October 2026

Our commitment

Parabrahman Technologies Limited rejects slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitative child labour. Responsible innovation includes the way people are treated throughout the development and supply of technology.

Respect for people, collaboration and meaningful impact guide the commitments below. They describe the standards we intend to uphold as the organisation and its supplier relationships develop.

Standards for our work and partnerships

People should work freely, with fair treatment and without coercion, threats or restrictions on leaving employment.

Recruitment should be transparent. Workers should not be charged recruitment fees or have identity documents withheld to control them.

Working conditions, pay and hours should meet applicable law, and workers should be able to raise concerns safely.

Suppliers and collaborators should respect these standards and address exploitation when it is identified.

Putting the principles into practice

As procurement and partnerships develop, our intended approach is to consider labour risks when choosing suppliers, seek appropriate information about sourcing and working conditions, and give higher-risk relationships additional scrutiny.

We intend to investigate credible concerns and seek action that protects affected people. Responses may include corrective measures, specialist advice or ending a relationship where serious concerns cannot be resolved responsibly.

Raising a concern

Our contact page will provide the business channel when it becomes available. A dedicated reporting contact and process are still to be confirmed. Please avoid sharing identifying details about a vulnerable person through an unverified channel.

Statement status

This is a draft voluntary commitment. It is not an approved annual statutory modern-slavery statement and does not claim that supplier audits, training programmes or due-diligence checks have already taken place.

Any required annual statement will need to describe actual operations, risks, actions and outcomes for the relevant reporting period, with the appropriate approval and signature.

Before publication, confirm the scope of operations, supplier arrangements, reporting contact and approval of this commitment.
